Day 1: Arrival Addis Ababa 

Up on arrival at Bole international air port and met by Ghion Travel and Tours representatives and transfer to hotel. After check in to hotel, city tour of Addis. Which includes; National Museum, the home of the famous complete hominid fossil remain of Lucy dates 3.2 million years back, Mount Entoto, panoramic view point at the highest peak in Addis with an altitude of 3200 meter above sea level, Trinity Cathedral, a beautiful church with a baroque style of European architecture unique to both Ethiopia and Africa, Ethnographic Museum and Merkato (the largest open air market in Africa). Overnight in your hotel 

Day 2: Addis- Bahirdar 

Morning, transfer to airport to fly to Bahirdar. After check-in to hotel journey by sympathetic African plains eventually leads to the mighty Blue Nile fall commonly known as "Tis Isat" (water that smokes). After hiking the cataracts drive back to Bahirdar. Overnight in your hotel 

Day 3: Bahirdar 

After breakfast boat rides on Lake Tana. On Lake Tana time has still stood and dominated by an archaic, dating from early Christian mysticism and the religious interpretations of African art are characterized by the Ethiopian Christianity, and the world's Old Testament is still practiced. Visit Azua-Mariam and Ura-kidaneMihret monasteries which are rich in icon painting. Overnight in your hotel

Day 4: Bahirdar- Gondar 

After breakfast, drive to Gondar, which was one of the hidden cities of the foreign trade area in the 17th century AD. Gondar is the site of ancient castle building palaces of different emperors constructed in the European middle age architectural style. After check-in to hotel visit the curious symbiosis of Ethiopian and Portuguese architectural representation of the Royal Enclosure which is also known as" the Camelot of Africa", the iconic church of Debre Birehan selassie, bath of king Fasilledes which still in use for the colorful celebration of Ethiopian epiphany (Timket). Overnight in your hotel 

Day 5: Gonder- Simien Mountains National Park- Gonder 

After breakfast, drive to Semen mountains national park which is the most marvelous of all Abyssinian landscapes. Semen Mountain National Park constitutes many summits above 4000masl and culminates at Ras Dashen, the highest peak in Ethiopian and it is the home of the endemics gelada baboon, Ethiopian wolf and Walya ibex. After visit drives back to Gonder and overnight in your hotel 

Day 6: Gonder- Axum 

After breakfast, transfer in to airport to fly to the ancient town of Axum. after check-in to hotel visit The archaeological and historical attractions in Axum; which include, The Archaeological Museum, Monolithic Steles, The Tombs of King Kaleb and King Gebre Meskal, and the legendary Bath of the Queen of Sheba, and the ruins of ancient palace of Queen Sheba. You also visit the new and the old Cathedral of St Mary of Zion and the sanctuary that houses the original Arc of the covenant. The 16th Century Cathedral of St Mary of Zion was probably built on an earlier 4th century church, and is the holiest church in Ethiopia. In its sanctuary is said to rest the original Ark of the Covenant. Overnight in your hotel 

Day 7: Axum- Lalibela 

Morning, transfer in to airport to fly to the legendary and the framed of Ascetic Mountain town of Lalibela. After check-in to hotel, full day visits the 12th c. Rock-Hewn Churches; Lalibela is famous for its rock hewn churches and these brilliant feats of engineering and architecture are often referred to as the 8th wonder of the World. There are many rock churches in Lalibela some hidden in enormous caves. Overnight will be in your hotel 

Day 8: Lalibela 

On this day visit  NAkuto Leab Rock Church and the picturesque, impressive landscape of the Lalibela. Overnight in your hotel

Day 9: Lalibela- Addis 

Morning, transfer in to airport to fly back to Addis Ababa. In the afternoon, you will have leisure and shopping time. Overnight in your hotel 

DAY 10: Addis-Arbaminch 

In the morning, drive to Arbaminch, on the way visit Tiya Stele Site (one of the world heritage site registered by UNESCO) and MelkaKunture archeological site. Then keep driving to Arbaminch and overnight in your hotel/lodge 

Day 11: Arbaminch 

Morning, drive to Chencha village to visit the Dorze tribe who are well known for their traditional weaving and towering huts. Then, drive back to Arbaminch and in the afternoon boat ride on Lake Chamo to visit hippos and crocodiles at crocodile market on the lake. Overnight in your hotel/lodge 

Day 12: Arbaminch-Turmi 

Morning, drive from Arbaminch to Turmi. On the way, visit Bena and Tsemay tribes and if it is Thursday, vist colorful Key Afer Market. Overnight in your hotel/lodge 

Day13: Turmi-Omorate- Turmi 

After breakfast, drive to Omorate, visit Dasenech tribes. After visiting drive back to Turmi. In the afternoon, visit the Hammer people with their Evangadi night dancing. Overnight in your hotel/lodge 

Day 14: Turmi-Jinka 

After breakfast, drives to Jinka via Dimeka (at Dimeka there is colorful market on Saturday). On the way, visit Ari tribes. In the afternoon, vist Jinka Museum and overnight in your hotel/lodge 

Day 15: Jinka-Mursi-Jinka 

This day you will drive to the Mursi village through Mago national park to visit the Mursi tribe. The Mursi people are famous for their women putting lip plate on their lower lip and men for their stick fighting (donga). After visit drive back to Jinka and Overnight in your hotel/lodge 

Day 16: Jinka-Yabelo 

After breakfast drive from Jinka to Yabelo and on the way visit the Konso people. The Konso people are the hard working people and well known for their specially land management. The Konso landscape is one of the world heritage sites in Ethiopia registered by UNESCO. Then keep driving to Yabelo and overnight in your hotel. 

Day 17: Yabelo- Yirgalem 

After breakfast, drive from Yabelo to Yirgalem. En route visit the Yabelo sanctuary and Tutu Fella Stele Site at around Dilla. Then keep driving to Yirgalem and overnight in your hotel/lodge. 

Day 18: yirgalem-Addis- Departure 

Morning, drive back to Addis. In the evening farewell traditional dinner in one of the best restaurant in Addis followed by folkloric dance of different Ethiopian nations. Then transfer to airport to fly back to home, where the tour ends.
